| Wedding Video Service - Lincolnshire and Eastern England |
BigScreen Productions offer a high class wedding video service all over the UK. Although based in Lincolnshire, we are happy to cover weddings anywhere in the UK
- We use THREE fully trained camera crews (18 eyars media experience)
- We use Sony High Definition, broadcast quality cameras including 2 brand new S270's
- We use professional sound equipment including radio microphones
- Full size camera crane where needed
- We also have a full steadicam outfit to give our videos that special "live" feel
- Fourth camera on standby

All our wedding DVDs come with a full length movie covering the whole day and at least one more highlights edit at no extra charge. You also have the option of a "Marryoke"
Using three cameras means that we get the best possible footage and the best angles, making your video much more exciting. We don't know any other company that uses THREE cameras on their wedding videos!

We are a professional video company - not a part time money making hobby. Our wedding videos are of the highest quality and you will watch them over and over again.
Based in Deeping St. Nicholas, Spalding, we cover weddings throughout Lincolnshire and Peterborough but we are happy to travel further afield if required.

We have several standard packages available, however each wedding is tailored to suit your exact requirements

| DIAMOND PACKAGE |
£800 |
Our most popular package. The Diamond package is an ideal solution for complete professional coverage of your wedding. We will film for up to eight hours, including guests arriving, the ceremony, guests leaving, the Bride and Groom photo session, the reception speeches, the cutting of the cake, first dance, and your guests arriving for the evening. This level of coverage provides us with more than enough material to thoroughly document all aspects of your day, and gives us the opportunity to incorporate much more music into your finished video/DVD, greatly enhancing its level of impact and entertainment. This option is ideal for most weddings. The finished edited video/DVD will be approximately two hours long and will contain footage of every part of your day. We can also include photos (childhood/honeymoon) at no extra charge, and can also interview your guests during the evening. Your finished video/DVDs will be presented in a custom-designed souvenir box with full-colour printed inlay.

| SAPPHIRE PACKAGE |
£1250 |
Our Sapphire package reflects our highest level of service. We will film your wedding day for up to twelve hours, including all proceedings from your arrival at the venue of your wedding to the end of the day. We will aim to finish filming when your guests leave at the end of the evening celebrations. Your finished video/DVD will be approximately two to two and a half hours in length and will contain three to five musical montages for maximum dramatic effect. This will be the most polished production of your wedding day that money can buy and is a souvenir to be truly cherished. The Sapphire package is ideal for weddings of all sizes, for those who require something extra special to remember their day by. If you are planning live entertainment during the evening/night-time, this package ensures that all the magic will all be captured on film, forever: The fun, the laughs, the song, dance and merriment, not to mention the reactions of every single person there. Special arrangements can be made for additional footage such as filming you in your home on the morning of your wedding, or for special themed weddings. | CIVIL CEREMONY/CIVIL PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE |

This package is designed especially for weekday civil ceremonies and civil partnerships where there is no reception afterwards and represents excellent value for money.
Your film crew will be TWO broadcast quality cameras ensuring that every moment is captured.
Filming starts as you arrive at the ceremony. We capture the whole ceremony and the finished DVD will have two edits - one complete coverage of the service and one short, highlights edit, set to your choice of music.
This package is perfect for gay and lesbian ceremonies.

| FORCES WEDDING PACKAGE |
£950 |
This package is designed especially for forces weddings and includes Air Force, Army and Navy weddings.
Your wedding will be filmed by THREE camera crews who will arrive well in advance of the wedding. We will film the bride and groom preparing for the wedding and leaving for the church/service. We film the whole ceremony and the reception afterwards. We cover the speeches, presentations and the first dance. Your film crews will be on site for around 10 hours. We are confident in capturing all the forces traditions and uniforms.
The finished DVD will have at least TWO edits - one set to your choice of music. We also offer a FREE "wedding-oke" - where all the guests have the chance to take part in a singalong on video.

The very latest craze to hit the wedding scene is the Marryoke. Great fun at any wedding and a real giggle. During the day we film you and your guests miming to a popular song. We then edit the footage and compose a music video where it appears you are singing. See samples: Sample 1 : Sample 2

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ?
The above prices include any location within 50 miles of our base. Depending on distance to be travelled, we may need to add accommodation costs to your quotation. This will be discussed with you.
All wedding bookings will attract a £25.00 Copyright fee which we pay to the MCPS for using music
PAYMENT AND TERMS
For your convenience, we have arranged the following payment plan:
30% deposit is payable at the time of booking
30% of total is payable no later than 7 days before your wedding
Balance is payable on or before the day of the wedding
ADDITIONAL COPIES
Orders can be made at any time before or after the wedding: DVD or VHS video £15 each plus VAT
We keep original camera tapes on file for 5 years and an original DVD forever
