Our wedding video service is the best you will find, anywhere

we use up to THREE camera crews using Sony High Definition, broadcast quality cameras, pro sound equipment and full size camera crane where needed. We also have a full steadicam outfit to give our films that special feel. We undertake wedding videos all over Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire and the rest of the UK

It is mutually agreed that BigScreen Productions shall provide the services specified on the booking form, for the fees stated on that document. The person making the said booking agrees to pay to BigScreen Productions, the fees specified on the dates specified and shall pay any remaining balance to BigScreen productions on or before the wedding day.

Deposits
A deposit of £50 is required to secure a date. This deposit is refundable under certain circumstances

Cancellation of booking
In the unfortunate event that the booking needs to be cancelled, we have a deposit refund scale;

84 days or more notice – deposit refunded less administration charge of £50
less than 84 days notice no deposits refunded

Video permissions
It is the sole responsibility of the person making the booking, to ensure that permission has been granted to video the church service or within any other venue/location being used. BigScreen Productions cannot be held responsible for the agreement/non agreement of church staff/vicars/registrars or other persons in authority.

Artistic licence and copyright
BigScreen Productions shall be granted full control over artistic content of the video recording unless agreed otherwise with the person making the booking, before the event date. Any additional material such as photographs to be included in the video must be supplied to BigScreen Productions prior to the event date. Unless agreed in writing prior to the event date, all copyrights shall belong to BigScreen Productions and we reserve the right to copy, publish and display our work.

Liabilities
Whilst we take every care to avoid problems, in the event of severe mechanical failure or human error, BigScreen Productions liability shall only extend to a full refund of any monies paid to the company. BigScreen Productions cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions that may affect video and/or sound tracks. We have never had a problem or let anyone down in over 18 years !
BigScreen Productions are covered by public liability insurance in the event of an accident with equipment.

Our staff
Our wedding coverage includes up to THREE camera operators. All are media trained, dress smartly and are well mannered. We are never obtrusive or rude. We treat all your guests with respect and we know when to respect privacy and good taste. For example, we do not film during the wedding meal.

Your obligations
We respectfully request that you make provisions for light refreshments for the camera crews, such as a light meal whilst your guests sit for dinner.

Extra hours

If you have contracted us to stay until the first dance, this covers us until 8pm. In the event of this extending beyond this time, we reserve the right to apply an overtime rate of £30 per hour or part thereof.

Your DVDs

We try to complete your DVDs within 14 days of your wedding. Often they are ready within 7 days but this depends on our seasonal workload. All DVDs come in specially designed presentation boxes. It is rare to have problems with DVDs but in the event that you have any problems playing a DVD we will replace it immediately.
